Allison, a reformed workaholic, strives to rely on God’s grace each day as she seeks His purpose for her life. After spending over a decade in the business world, she quit her corporate job to take a sabbatical. During that time, she rediscovered her passion for writing.
Allison is now pursuing her dream of freelance writing and editing. Utilizing her background as a CPA, she also works part-time as a financial consultant.
Allison is a contributing member of The Christian PEN: Proofreaders and Editors Network and a graduate of She Speaks by Proverbs 31 Ministries. Her articles can be seen in the Wesleyan Publishing House periodical, VISTA: Journal for Holy Living, and on Crosswalk.com. Allison was a contributing writer for Devotional Ventures © 2006, published by Regal Books.
Using her passion for encouraging single women in their faith, Allison is currently writing a book designed to combat the lies that single women believe about themselves. A graduate of Belmont University, she makes her home in Nashville, Tennessee.
When she’s not writing, Allison loves to have deep conversations with friends over great sushi, spoil her two beautiful little nieces, and pretend like she’s a runner.
