Helpless and Holy

But when the set time had fully come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those under the law, that we might receive adoption to sonship.

 The story is too familiar. We have become numb to its power. Take a moment and imagine you’re hearing it for the first time. The story of a baby who was:

Born in a stable,

To a young virgin,

Conceived by the Holy Spirit,

The literal Son of God.

It sounds like a fairy tale….
